Cookies and browser storage
What your browser stores and how you can control external services.
Necessary functions
The security cookie is created only when you submit the contact form. It associates the request with a session and protects against unauthorised requests. It is configured as a session cookie; browser and server settings affect its actual duration. The website does not use it for advertising.
Saved language preference
After you select a language, “jb-language” stores only the language code in local browser storage. This entry does not expire automatically. You can delete it through your browser’s website data settings. Language selection also works when your browser blocks storage.
Your cookie choice
“jb-cookie-preferences” stores your decision about external fonts, the notice version, and the choice and expiry times in local browser storage. Your choice is valid for 180 days. After expiry it is discarded on the next access and you are asked again. You can change your choice at any time or clear the website data in your browser. If storage is blocked, your choice applies only to the currently open page.
Your choice is stored to respect your decision (section 25(2), point 2 TDDDG). Where personal data is involved, this is based on our legitimate interest in managing your preferences in a traceable way (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
External fonts – optional
Google Fonts loads only after your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; for access to your device, section 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw consent through “Cookie settings”. The font stylesheet link is then removed; this does not reverse transfers that have already occurred. The website remains usable with your device’s standard fonts. Further details and points still requiring clarification are in the privacy policy.
