Intruder alarm systems for commercial buildings

Different occupancy times, delivery entrances and sensitive rooms place distinct demands on an intruder alarm system. We plan detection and operation to fit your business processes.

Applications

  • Offices and administrative areas with varying occupancy schedules
  • Warehouses, workshops and commercial properties
  • Separate rooms and areas requiring increased protection

Our services

  • Agree security zones and the detector concept
  • Install cabling, detectors and operating devices
  • Set up permissions, arming and alarm paths
  • Test functions and train users
  • Document the system condition and agree maintenance

Plan operation and alarm procedures together

Who may arm which areas? How are alarms forwarded? Which entrances remain usable outside operating hours? These questions determine detector selection and the operating concept. Any insurer requirements applicable to the property are considered before system selection.

Technical framework

The DIN EN 50131 series covers intrusion and hold-up alarm systems. DIN VDE 0833-1/-3 and property-specific insurer requirements must be checked within the relevant planning context. No blanket commitment is made to any particular approval or security grade.

System experience

Depending on the property and existing equipment, we work with systems from Telenot and Bosch. System versions, interfaces and required access permissions are checked before the project starts.

Intruder alarm systems: frequently asked questions

How is the extent of monitoring determined?

Building use, access points, business processes and protection needs form the basis of a property-specific concept. Any insurer requirements should be available at the outset.

Can individual areas be secured separately?

This is planned around the building layout and selected system. Different occupancy schedules may require separate security zones and permissions.
