Services
Access control for clearly defined permissions throughout the building
Staff, visitors and service providers need different access rights. We combine technical door planning with a clear permissions concept while taking ongoing building operations into account.
Applications
- Office and administrative buildings
- Plant rooms and internal company areas
- Buildings with multiple user groups or tenanted areas
Our services
- Record doors, access schedules and permission groups
- Coordinate readers, controllers and door interfaces
- Install and wire components
- Program access rights and time profiles
- Test functions and train administrators
Door technology depends on coordinated interfaces
Readers, locking mechanisms, door status and power supply must work together. Door function requirements on escape and rescue routes are coordinated separately. Training covers access credential management and handling changes.

Technical framework
Electronic access control systems are covered by the DIN EN 60839-11 series. Requirements for escape and rescue routes and for the particular door assembly must also be considered.
System experience
Depending on the property and existing equipment, we work with systems from dormakaba and Telenot. System versions, interfaces and required access permissions are checked before the project starts.
Manufacturer and system expertiseAccess control: frequently asked questions
How are permissions changed when staff change?
The administration concept defines who manages credentials and permissions. The technical options depend on the chosen online or offline system.
Can access control be retrofitted to existing doors?
We first check the door construction, hardware, wiring and escape route requirements. A suitable solution can then be defined.
